Memberships may be purchased for a one time fee of $250.00 per individual or $400.00 per family.The membership will provide up to 50% discounts for travel and lodging expenses for any trip requiring an approved medical procedure. A membership entitles client to outpatient support of transportation for all medical appointments and services of a bilingual health professional if required.
Members will have access to support software for their computer to make internet telephone calls back to the United States. All telephone calls via computer to computer are FREE. Telephone calls via computer to telephone cost $0.031 cents per minute to a standard (non mobile) telephone.
Franchises
Franchises may be purchased for a one time fee of $8,500 or a 2 year lease to purchase agreement of $100 per week.
An annual mainenance charge of 0.1% of adjusted gross income will be required to pay for advertising.
